Following a recommendation, Domus Search were approached by a private equity group to find a National Operations Director for their recently acquired Child Care and Education Group.

At the time there were some exciting growth plans and they needed an experienced Director, with industry knowledge to drive this growth, whilst looking after control of operations and current services.

After mapping out the market and going through an extensive shortlist process the client appointed one of our candidates. The assignment turned out to be extremely successful as the candidate has grown with the company into the Managing Director and is still in close contact with Domus Search today!
