Our client was a very well thought of, not-for profit trust. They had a very diverse portfolio of clients and were about to head into a phase of expansion. Before they entered this phase, they needed a total overhaul of the Clinical Governance and Compliance as some CQC outcomes from some of their sites weren’t up to the high standards they wanted to be known for.
With a wide array of client groups this wasn’t a one size fits all Clinical Governance role.
Appointment
Following a full search of the UK care sector for the leading Clinical Governance and Compliance talent, Domus Search found a rich shortlist from which to choose from.
The successful candidate started her career as a Healthcare Practitioner in Intensive Healthcare, then went on to become and an Advanced Healthcare Practitioner and finally completed a third degree in Quality and Safety in Healthcare at Imperial College, London.
After rapid career progression the successful candidate held a number of leading roles in NHS Trusts and leading Private Healthcare Providers.
After proving herself in leadership roles in addition to further professional development attending Harvard to study ‘Leadership in transformational change in Healthcare’ our candidate met and exceeded all of the expectations of our client and went on to transform the organisation’s CQC performance and benefitted all areas of the business giving our client the foundations they needed to almost treble in size.
