Thomas Brandrick
Managing Director
After starting his career in Recruitment in 2005, Tom has built a successful track record of building market leading teams from the ground up. Starting out in Financial Recruitment for a large corporate, Tom took the plunge and set up on his own in 2008. After recognising the ageing population and a growing need for talent solutions in Social Care, Tom founded Domus Recruitment. Since 2009 Domus has gone from strength to strength playing a major role in their client’s and candidate’s success.
In 2022 Domus Search was formed to take our services to the US market. A top performance team was formed and once again, our service offering has been very well received and there are huge plans afoot.
Tom is the father of 4, is a keen Tennis player, cyclist, and runner with numerous marathons and half marathons under his belt. Tom’s passions lie in developing people and offering ‘best in class’, trustworthy and transparent services for the benefit of Domus’s clients and the people they serve.

Alice Mitchell
Recruitment Consultant
Alice joined Domus Search in February 2026 as a recruiter specializing in Home Health, Home Care and Hospice services across Texas. In her role, she works closely with providers and professionals within the sector to connect high-quality talent with organisations delivering essential care in the community.
Prior to moving into recruitment, she spent three years working as a letting agent, where she consistently performed at a high level and achieved multiple industry awards. While she did enjoy the fast-paced, relationship-driven nature of property, she was drawn to recruitment because it offered the opportunity to combine those skills with something more impactful, helping organisations build strong teams and supporting professionals in finding roles where they can make a real difference. Outside of work, Alice has a long-standing passion for dance. She has competed in street dance and cheerleading for over 13 years, competing at both European and World level.
In her spare time, she enjoys coffee and walks her two standard poodles, Robyn and Coco, and games night with her family, every night!
