Domus was established in 2009 with a focus on Health and Social Care Recruitment. The main focus was on Nursing and Residential Care for Elderly.
After a few years into our journey we could see that Domiciliary Care was going to be a rapidly expanding sector because of the growing number of over 65 year olds, life expectancy getting longer and the desire for people to stay at home.
Since starting a designated Domiciliary Care Team focusing on roles from Branch Managers up to Board Level positions we have gone from strength to strength becoming the market leader and the go to for Care Providers large and small, many of whom we have exclusive sole supplier partnerships with.
There are a number of our large clients who originated from American owned operators who have decided to start operations in the UK and in turn, have said our services would be very well received in the US.
