Our Story

Domus Search originated in the UK. It’s parent company, Domus Recruitment, was established in 2009 and is the market leader in Home Health Care and Home Care Leadership Recruitment in the UK. The UK’s recruitment market is the most competitive in the world so we’re proud of our position. We work with the market leading companies, many of which originated in the US.

Expanding to the US felt like a natural step and we now know it was the best strategic decision we’ve made. We put the best we had on the US team and the feedback from the Home Health Care and Home Care sector has been overwhelming. The challenges are the same on both sides of the ‘pond’, so we couldn’t be better placed to understand the needs of the market and ensure the companies we partner with, outperform the market by providing the best talent available.
